  •         Room 14 is looking for a parent Garden Representative.  We have already planted seeds, but need a parent to take small groups of students to the garden to monitor growth.  If you are interested, please email Anahata.
As you know, I have been absent from school a few times this year due to trainings.  On October 2nd and 3rd, I will be attending a training again.  I understand that this is a disruption for the students.  However, these trainings have been greatly beneficial for both the children and me.  The substitute for these days is Mrs. Simons.
I am seeing a lot of improvement with the students using the QAR strategies.  They are working hard and their scores prove it!!!!
Unsatisfactory notices will be going home soon.  These notices will inform you if your child is not meeting grade level standards in certain areas.
Ms. Ryan assigned a Social Studies project due on October 24th.  Please ask your child to show you the assignment.  If you have questions, please see Ms. Ryan in Room 13.
