THIS WEEK'S NEWS:

• Math -  Topic 1: Numeration - Place Value, standard form, expanded form and word form

• Writing - Letter Writing, Editing Marks, Cursive

• Spelling / Vocabulary - No words this week

• Reading - Treasure's Unit Opener: Theme - Let's Learn

• Art - Each student needs to bring in  magazines, newspapers and pictures for a summer collage reflection  - Thursday 8/14.

NOTES AND REMINDERS:

• Monday 8/18 - Suggested school supplies due.

• Book orders due: Tuesday, 8/14.

• Please return emergency cards ASAP.

• Third grade teachers are asking for a $5 donation from every household so that students may receive Scholastic New Magazine. Thank you!

• An adult must sign your child's homework log every night.
