What are we learning this week?
- Math - Math on the Menu, Math Madness, prepare for fourth grade
- Language Arts - Story – Penguin Chick, Genre – nonfiction, skill – main idea/ details
- Science/Social Studies/Health - We are done with rotations for the year.
- Writing - Persuasive Writing
- Spelling - No more spelling packets. We are done! We will be preparing for the third grade spelling bee. Please study on a nightly basis. The spelling bee will be on Friday, May 29. The finalists will compete on June 1st.
Please Note:• Recess will return to 10:00 – 10:20.
• The last Science test will be on Friday, May 22. The topic is Sun, Moon, and Earth. A review sheet went home last Friday. You can also access it online.

5/19 – Dismissal is at 2:30. There are no more early dismissals on Tuesdays.
5/21 – Open House – Please look for the invitation the students have prepared for you.
